Allow users to mark auctions (in Browse -> Auctions) as lots

Allow users to mark auctions as lots and remove them from the list of auctions as lot auctions cannot contribute to individual listing pages' auction values.

Upon thinking about this more, this feature should probably be more generalized to allow users to mark auctions as bad for a number of selectable reasons. Auctions for lots, auctions for non-puzzle items, and auctions where insufficient info is provided to identify the puzzle (usually a dead link) could all be weeded out here.
