Incentivise completing listings with "bounties"

On the front page, show a small selection of very incomplete listings and offer additional buzz bits for submitting a large amount of information. Bounties would be picked randomly from listings with missing critical info, weighted by the amount of missing info (critical info being the required stuff for any puzzle like desc, goal, maker, designer, price, material, category (ies)).
