Remove "Unknown" from data fields when data is entered

"Unknown" is a special entry used in some data fields where the info may not be known, and possibly never known. When a list field comprises of only an "Unknown" entry and data is added to it, the "Unknown" should be removed automatically rather than asking an admin to handle it.
