Ability to mark a link as a spolier

When adding links, it would be helpful to be able to mark the link as a spoiler, if they are a link to content that contains a solution. You would need to take an explicit action to first see the link, and then would be able to access it. This is similar to the UI for spoiler tags in platforms like Discord and Reddit.

Video and blog links have been updated to include a warning modal when clicked. There is an option to not show the modal again.
