Description | |
This is the first of four boxes in the Havana's series by Eric Fuller. Named after a cigar bar Eric frequented, the idea was to make a series of progressively more difficult boxes that could each hold a cigar. Each box is named after an employee. This one is named for Chris, the doorman.
From the maker, "This first box is therefore not super complicated, but it does have a nice "twist" to it as well as a sophisticated and compact locking mechanism concealed inside. The entire lockworks are contained in the endblocks, measuring 1"x1"x.45 inch. This makes the box nice and compact. If you're not a cigar smoker, the box is also perfectly sized to store your secret beef jerky stash. If you enjoy neither cigars nor beef jerky, I don't know what to say to you. Spice up your life. Step out of your comfort zone :)" Woods used are: Quartersawn Sapele, Wenge |
