The RexTO is an FTO (Face-Turning Octahedron) named for the puzzle used as a base for modifications. Modification of a QiYi Rex Cube in conjunction with attachment of 3D-Printed parts yields an FTO that turns better than any mass-produced FTO to date. The RexTO is custom-made with a number of features such as optional magnets and hollow centers to allow for tensioning. It can also be bought as a DIY kit, further reducing the price.
