Description
Eric says: "Peter sent me this remarkable design and I immediately knew I wanted to realize it. The five piece cube has some remarkable qualities. Each piece is different and none share symmetries. They contain 26 units in total, so a 3x3x3 can be made with one unit missing. The missing unit is solvable for each position, and each solution is unique. If that weren't enough, there is a box to pack them in which can only be serially assembled with the missing cube in one orientation. A very tricky and worthwhile assembly!"
Goal
The main goal of the puzzle is to fit all the pieces completely inside the box.
As Eric says, there are 26 different ways to assemble the pieces to form a cube out of the box, so other 26 challenges!
